NOTICE OF HEARING TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF SUTHERLAND TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT AND CONVEY REAL ESTATE OWNED BY THE CITY OF SUTHERLAND
Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7:00 o’clock p.m. on the 1st day of July, 2024, the Council of the City of Sutherland, Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Sutherland to enter into a Contract with Steven Rienfeld and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Sutherland for the sum of Two Hundred Dollars and no/100 ($200.00) and other valuable consideration, to wit:
Lot Seven (7) and the North Six inches (6”) of Lot Eight (8), Block Five (5), Original Town, in the City of Sutherland, O’Brien County, Iowa.
