Paullina City Council Meeting – January 16, 2023

The meeting of the Paullina City Council on January 16, 2023. There is a slight pause in the video of the meeting as the council went into the Laue Room for a mandated seminar over Iowa Code Chapters 21 and 22, commonly referred to as the Iowa Sunshine Laws, which give the public the right to inspect or obtain copies of public records of the governmental body.

This was a mandated training reached as one part of a settlement agreement with the Iowa Public Information Board as a result of the city’s non-compliance regarding a request made in June 2022.
