NOTICE OF HEARING TO AUTHROIZE THE CITY OF PRIMGHAR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT AND CONVEY REAL ESTATE OWNED BY THE CITY OF PRIMGHAR
Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 5:00o’clock p.m. on the 10th day of January, 2023, the Council of the City of Primghar, Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Primghar to enter into a contact with AANDD Purchasing, LLC and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Primghar for the sum of One Dollar and no/100 ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, to wit:
Lot Three (3) and the West Half (W ?) of Lot Two (2) in Block Six (6) of the Original Town of Primghar, O’Brien County and State of Iowa, as shown by the recorded plat there
