Brownies Plan Cook-Out For Wednesday, May 31 – The final regular meeting of Brownie Troop 171 met at the Library on Monday, May 22. The girls played games and had ice cream treats. Our business meeting centered on the plans for a cook-out next Wednesday, May 31. Committees were formed to plan the menu and games. We decided to meet at the Library at 3:00 and travel by car from there to the lake. We plan on being back to the library at 6.00. The food committee will meet on Tuesday at 1:00 to buy groceries. In case of bad weather, the cook-out will be postponed till the next nice day. We hope all Brownies can attend this final event of the year. The leaders, Sue Johnson and Pat Ericksen, regret that neither will be able to continue with Brownies next year. We hope that if a mother is interested in helping the Brownie Troop continue, she will contact either leader for the available information.
