A bank robbery was reported Monday afternoon at Sanborn Savings Bank at about 1:00pm. Schools and other facilities in the area were locked down for approximately 40 minutes with law enforcement protecting the locations. A suspect was apprehended in Sanborn and taken to the O’Brien County jail Monday afternoon. No more information is available at this time.
