Special Meeting – March 26, 2025
The Primghar City Council met in a Special Session at 4:00 AM in the council chambers with Mayor Kurt Edwards presiding. Council present – Kevin Jenness, Steve Wittrock, and Tim Honkomp. Staff present – Jaynee Rushton. Motion Smith to call the meeting to order, second Wittrock. All ayes, motion carried. Motion by Honkomp to approve Resolution 2025-10 to set the date for a Public Hearing on the proposition to authorize a Loan and disbursement Agreement and the issuance of Notes to evidence the obligations for the City thereunder, second Wittrock. All ayes, motion carried.
Motion Wittrock to adjourn, second Smith at 4:23 AM. All ayes, motion carried.
