A. Call to Order
School Board Vice President John Beck called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
B. Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum
Directors Josh Rausch, Beth Sibenaller-Woodall, Sue McCauley, Dallas Jalas, and John Beck were present.  Directors Gina Paulsen and Richard Radtke were absent.  Superintendent Wade Riley served as Board Secretary Pro Tempore in the absence of Board Secretary Aaron Giese.  Quorum established.
C. Adoption of Agenda
Motion made by: Beth Sibenaller-Woodall

D. Public Hearing

1. FY26 Preliminary Budget Hearing
   Board Vice President John Beck declared the public hearing regarding the District’s fiscal year 2026 proposed budget required per Iowa code 24.2A as part of the District’s certified budget process open at 5:01 PM.
   Community members Ron Jalas and John Putnam participated in the public hearing and shared their thoughts with the board.
   Board Vice President John Beck declared the public hearing closed at 5:05 PM.
   E. Adjournment

   Voting:
   Unanimously Approved
   The meeting was adjourned at 5:06 PM.
