NOTICE OF HEARING ON COMBINED PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL PROPERTY
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court in and for O’Brien County, Iowa, the Combined Petition for Authority to Sell Property of Laura JaMae Dau, Administrator herein, asking for authority to sell at private sale the following described real estate, to-wit:
The North Seventy-five (75) feet in width of the South One Hundred Fifty (150) feet in width of the North Four Hundred Fifty (450) feet in width of the East One Hundred Sixty-five (165) feet in width of Block Twenty (20) in the City of Paullina, in O’Brien County and State of Iowa, as shown by the recorded Plat of the Subdivision entitled Block 16 to 24 inclusive
and to confirm the sale thereof for the sum of $143,000.00, and authorizing the Administrator to do any and all things necessary to complete said sale. The petition further states that said offer is fair and reasonable and reflects the correct market value of the real estate.
You are further notified that the time and place of hearing upon the Combined Petition for Authority to Sell Property has been fixed for the 21 st day of October, 2024 at11 :30 o’clock a.m. in the courtroom of the courthouse in Primghar, O’Brien County, Iowa, and that said petition will come on for hearing and will be heard and determined by the Court at that time and place, or as soon thereafter as the same can be heard by the Court in regular order, and unless you appear thereto and file objections with the Clerk of said Court on or before the time set for said hearing, said order will be granted as prayed in said petition.
