SECTION 00 11 14 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Directors of the South O’Brien Community School District will hold a public hearing on the plans, specifications, form of contract, and total estimated cost of the Facility Improvements Projects – Paullina Buildings project located at 216 S. Rutledge Street in Paullina, Iowa pursuant to Iowa Code § 26.12. The public hearing shall be held at the District’s Board meeting on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 6:00p.m., and will be held in the District Board Room located at the Junior High/High School Building in Paullina, Iowa.
The proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and total estimated cost may be examined prior to the meeting at the District’s administrative offices located at the Superintendent’s Office in the Junior High/High School Building in Paullina, Iowa.
At the time and place set for the public hearing, interested individuals will be given the opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing.
