The City of Primghar has compiled a code of ordinances as set forth in Chapter 380 of the Code of Iowa. A public hearing on the proposed Primghar, Iowa 2024 Code of Ordinances and proposed adoption of the City’s Code of Ordinances will be held on February 14, 2024, at 5:00pm at Primghar City Hall, 160 South Hayes Avenue, Primghar, Iowa 51245. A copy of the proposed Code of Ordinances or portions thereof, is available for review and inspection at the Primghar City Clerk’s Office at the same above-listed address. City Hall office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Written or oral comments are welcome, and the public is strongly encouraged to attend.
