SPECIAL SESSION
December 19, 2023
The Primghar City Council met in special session on December 19, 2023, at 4:30 PM in the council chambers with Mayor Kurt Edwards presiding. Council present –Ryan Jenness, Tim Honkomp, and Kevin Smith. Staff present – Jessica Whitney. Motion Honkomp approving agenda, second Jenness. All ayes, motion approved. Motion Smith to approve Payment Agreement No. 3 to Great Plains Energy for Transmission Line Rebuild. Second Jenness, all ayes, motion carried. Motion Jenness to authorize the City of Primghar to enter a Real Estate Contract for Lot Three and the West Half of Lot Two in Block Six of the Original Town of Primghar, O’Brien County and State of Iowa. Second Smith, all ayes, motion carried. Motion Jenness to set Public Hearing Date for Lot Three and the West Half of Lot Two in Block Six of the Original Town of Primghar, O’Brien County and State of Iowa on January 10th, 2024, at 5:00P.
Motion Smith to adjourn, second Hionkomp at 5:10 PM. All ayes, motion carried.
