Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7:00 o’clock p.m. on the 2nd day of October, 2023, the Council of the City of Sutherland, Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Sutherland to enter into a Contract with Mark Thompson and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Sutherland for the sum of Five Hundred Dollars and no/100 ($500.00) and other valuable consideration, to wit:
Lot Fifteen (15) and the West Three (3) feet in width of Lot
Sixteen (16) in Block Two (2) of the City of Sutherland,
O’Brien County, Iowa.
