NOTICE OF HEARING TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF SUTHERLAND TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT AND CONVEY REAL ESTATE OWNED BY THE CITY OF SUTHERLAND
Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7:00 o’clock p.m. on the 1st day of May, 2023, the Council of the City of Sutherland, Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Sutherland to enter into a Revised Contract with Bonnie Wallinga and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Sutherland for the sum of One Hundred Dollars and no/100 ($100.00) and other valuable consideration, to wit:
The West 50 feet of Lot Eight (8) in Block Ten (10) in the City of Sutherland, O’Brien County, Iowa, as shown by the Subdivision entitled Block 10 and 11 as recorded in Plat Book 4 on page 10.
