Crime Duster News Release
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fire at a farm acreage NW of Primghar, IA. The address of the farm acreage is 3730 Roosevelt Ave. Primghar, IA. The farm consists of several outbuildings and a vacant house. A fire was reported on February 10, 2023 at approximately 2:25 am. The vacant house was fully engulfed upon report. There was no electricity going to the farm acreage. The house and contents were considered a total loss and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office is encouraging anyone who has information related to this crime to contact the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office with his or her information. This information could include suspicious people or vehicles in or around the property in days leading up to the fire. The O’Brien County Crime Dusters program is offering a $1500 reward to anyone who provides information on this crime that leads to the arrest and conviction of the offender.
