We’ve avoided increasing prices longer than was prudent. Due to rising costs, postal, insurance, payroll, printing, utilities – everything, we find ourselves faced with the really difficult decision to increase annual subscription prices.
Beginning April 1, 2023 an annual subscription for in-county recipients will go to $32.00 and if you live outside the county where your hometown newspaper is published, the price will become $35.00 per year.
For anyone with renewal dates now through March 1, 2024 you may purchase a subscription at the current price if you do so before the April 1, 2023 scheduled rate increase.
Payments can be made by sending a check or money order to PO Box 637, Paullina, Iowa 51046. Payment can also be made via Paypal. A Paypal account is not necessary.
