Another free skate at the Primghar Roller rink is scheduled for Sunday February 19 from 1:30 – 3:30pm. This one is sponsored by Savings Bank of Primghar, Hartley and Lake Park.
Sunday afternoon skating for families and youngsters – or oldsters – is a great way to get out and enjoy moving, people and fun. A roller skating rink can be thought of as a right of passage for our youth. For the rest of us, it’s nostalgic. The sponsored free skates is a great fundraising activity for the roller skating rink to build on it’s supply of roller skates.
The rink is open Saturdays from 1:30 to 3:30 and 7:30 to 9:30. Private parties are also available by calling 957-2435.
Bring the family, neighbors or friends. Soft drinks and candy are available. Entry and skate rental are free.
