A. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by President Gina Paulsen at 5:00 PM.
B. Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum
All members are present with the exception of Beth Sibenaller-Woodall.  Quorum established.
C. Adoption of Agenda
Motion made by: John Beck
Motion seconded by: Sue McCauley
Voting:
Unanimously Approved
D. Resolution Ordering an Election on the Issuance of $25,935,000 General Obligation School Bonds

  1. Petition Certificate
    Board Secretary Aaron Giese filed a petition certificate with President Gina Paulsen producing one hundred ninety-four valid signatures for a special public measure proposition to be submitted at a school election.
  2. Bond Election Resolution
    President Gina Paulsen called the meeting together and stated that a Petition had been filed purporting to be signed by eligible electors of the School District numbering at least 25% of those voting at the last election of school officials.  The Petition requests that an election be called on the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $25,935,000, to provide funds to be used to build, furnish and equip additions to the junior high/high school facilities, including an agricultural wing, an industrial arts wing, a science wing, an auxiliary gym, a community fitness center, an administrative office space, with related remodeling and improvements, and related site improvements; and to remodel, repair, improve, furnish and equip the elementary gymnasium for district performing arts.

    The President declared the resolution adopted as follows: Resolution Ordering a Special Election on the Issuance of $25,935,000 General Obligation School Bonds.
