The South O’Brien FFA livestock judging team traveled down to compete in Mr. Kumm’s old stomping grounds at the Crawford County Fair in Denison. MaKenna Wallin, Hunter Lange, Logan Dau and Austin Negus came away with the Reserve Champion Team honors, while Bensen Rohwer, Will Stout, Eliot Boardman and Brett Evans placed 5th. BreLee Rasmussen competed as an individual. Negus was the Reserve Champion Individual.
At the O’Brien County Fair, Negus, Dau, Gabe Moermond and Alex Griebel placed 3rd as a team. Hudson Oolman, Dante Johnson, Leo Sells and Grant Wagner were 8th, Evans, Rohwer, Jasper Johnson and Claire Wagner 14th, while Wallin, BreLee Rasmussen, Boardman and Abby Stout placed 15th. Individually, Griebel placed 3rd and Moermond 8th.
