Pursuant to the requirements of Article 22, Section 22 of the Paullina Zoning Ordinance the Paullina Planning and Zoning Commission is proposing to meet to review a proposed rezoning request. The proposed rezoning is for a parcel of land lying in the North 100 Feet of the East 165 Feet of Block 20 as shown by the Plat of the subdivision entitled Blocks 16 to 24 inclusive, O’Brien, Iowa, containing 16,500 sq ft more or less. The Paullina Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the proposed rezoning on December 7, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at Paullina City Hall, 127 S Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for the rezoning from (R1) – Residential to (C-2) – General Commercial for property owned by Dennis and Nelda Werkmeister. Written comments are accepted and should be addressed to Paullina City Clerk, P.O. Box 239 Paullina, IA 51046. All interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing.
