School Board President John Beck called the meeting to order at 4:15 PM.
B. Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum

were present in person while director Beth Sibenaller-Woodall joined via Zoom. Quorum
established.
C. Adoption of Agenda
Motion to adopt the amended agenda removing the agenda item previously listed as D.2.

D. Public Hearing
- FY27 Preliminary Budget Hearing
The public hearing required via Iowa Code 24.2A regarding the district’s certified budget was
declared open at 4:01 PM. School Board Secretary/SBO Aaron Giese gave a brief
presentation to the board covering some budget basics along with an overview of the
district’s tax levy history. No written or oral public comment was received. The public hearing was declared closed at 4:14 PM.
