MEETING MINUTES Board of Education Work Session

Mission
“Preparing students to be responsible citizens and lifelong learners.”

  1. Discussion of Finance and Facilities

The work session commenced at 6:00 PM.  Matt Gillaspie, managing director of public finance services at Piper Sandler & Co., joined the work session via Zoom.  Mr. Gillaspie presented information to board and community members regarding the possible issuance of Physical Plant Equipment Levy (PPEL) notes to fund current and future capital improvement projects in the district.  Board members also posed questions and provided general comments along with Superintendent Wade Riley and School Business Official Aaron Giese.  The work session concluded at 7:21 PM.
