A. Call to Order
School Board President Gina Paulsen called the meeting to order at 1:30 PM.
B. Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum
Directors John Beck, Josh Rausch, Sue McCauley, and Richard Radtke were present in the Paullina site conference room, while directors Gina Paulsen and Beth Sibenaller-Woodall joined via Zoom.  Director Dallas Jalas was absent.  Quorum established.
