Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 5:00 o’clock p.m. on the 10th day of December, 2024, the Council of the City of Primghar, Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Primghar to enter into a Contract with Thor Klinker and Reagan Klinker and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Primghar for the sum of One Dollars and no/100 ($1.00), to wit:
Lot Fifteen (15) in Randolph Estates Addition to the City of Primghar, in O’Brien County and State of Iowa.
