The Primghar City Council met in special session on November 6, 2024 at 4:15 PM at City Hall with Mayor Kurt Edwards presiding. Council present –Ryan Jenness, Steve Wittrock and Tim Honkomp. Staff present – Jaynee Rushton. Absent – Kevin Smith and Ken Miller. Motion by Honkomp to approve agenda, second Wittrock. All ayes, motion approved. Motion by Jenness to approve CJ’s Salvage to clean up Nuisance property per court order starting on November 7, 2024, second by Honkomp. All ayes, motion carried. Motion by Wittrock to approve RP to use SAGR rock around buildings and SAGR and crushed concrete on driving surfaces, second by Jenness, All ayes, motion carried. Motion by Honkomp to adjourn, second by Jenness at 4:49PM. All ayes, motion carried.
