Will Jacobs of Sutherland loves to paint. And he is a Bob Ross fan. He is such a fan he dressed up as Bob Ross for the Sutherland Halloween Party and won! Jacobs gets involved with activity at the Sutherland Library. He recently asked the Library Director Nancy Hill if she would help him paint like Bob Ross. Nancy offers several different painting programs at the Sutherland Library. She agreed.

For two Saturdays, Nancy made special arrangements with Will. They spent time after hours to work on his first Bob Ross-style paintings. Will painted with acrylic and with oil. According to Hill, he prefers oil.
Will got the hang of Ross’ painting style. He produced a beautiful mountain, lake and trees scene with oil.
