South O’Brien narrowly lost the first set to the Pioneers 21-18. Okoboji then got the sweep, winning the second set 21-15. The Wolverines finished up against the host Tigers, the third-place team from the other pool. Set One resulted in another close loss for South O’Brien, 21-19. The Wolverines roared back to take the second set 21-11. In the third and deciding set, it was Spencer with the 15-8 victory.
