The Primghar City Council met in special session on July 31, 2024 at 5:00 PM at City Hall with Mayor Kurt Edwards presiding. Council present –Ryan Jenness, Kevin Smith, Steve Wittrock and Tim Honkomp. Staff present – Jaynee Rushton. Guest visitors were Travis Tom and Adam Batschelet with RP to present an update on the sewer pipe. Motion by Jenness to approve agenda, second Honkomp. All ayes, motion approved. No motion on the emergency sewer pipe option.
Motion by Wittrock to adjourn, second by Honkomp at 5:49PM. All ayes, motion carried.
