Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7:00 o’clock p.m. on the 6th day of May, 2024, the Council of the City of Sutherland, Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Sutherland to enter into a Contract with Jordan Bird and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Sutherland for the sum of One Dollar and no/100 ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, to wit:
Parcel L in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Seven (7),Township 94 North, Range 39 West of the 5th P.M., in the City of Sutherland, O’Brien County, Iowa.
