South O’Brien doubled the score on Harris-Lake Park to pick up its first baseball win of the season. The 8-4 victory June 12 at Paullina was a make-up game that had originally been scheduled for May 27.
The Wolverines took an early lead they would never relinquish by scoring a run in the first inning. They added four more runs in the fourth. Harris-Lake Park got on the board with a run in the fifth inning to cut the deficit to 5-1. South O’Brien tallied three times in the bottom of the sixth.
