NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FLEXIBITY ACCOUNT EXPENDITURES
Pursuant to Chapters 21 and 298A Code of Iowa, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by South O’Brien Community School District at 6:00 AM on Monday, June 16, in the Paullina site library. This hearing is on a resolution to expend funds from district’s Flexibility Account for any general fund purpose. These funds, in the amount of $100,000.00, were unexpended and unobligated from the Statewide Voluntary Preschool Program and Professional Development.
All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to Aaron Giese, Board Secretary on or before Friday, June 13, at 12:00 PM.
This notice is given by order of the Board of Directors, South O’Brien Community School District, Paullina, Iowa.
