City Administrator, Jaynee Rushton, reported that a public hearing was scheduled to receive public comments on the FY25 Budget Amendment. Councilman Smith opened the public hearing calling for all written and/or oral comments. City Administrator Jaynee Rushton reported there was amendments because of the emergency sewer/road repair along B40, lagoon project delays because of flooding, electric transmission line and generator final payments, Library updates, and legal fees. Having no written comments nor hearing any oral comments, Councilman Jenness closed the hearing. It was moved by Councilmember Jenness and supported by Councilmember Miller to approve Resolution 2025-21 to approve FY25 Budget Amendment. Upon roll call vote, the vote was as follows: Ayes: Wittrock, Jenness, Smith, Miller. Nays: none. Absent: Honkomp. The Session then closed.
