Hometown Bar & Grill Cuts the Ribbon

by Mari Radtke
The second of Paullina’s several business losses during 2024 has reopened for business. Hometown Bar & Grill and Mill Creek Liquors opened its doors on Monday May 19. A ribbon cutting was held to help celebrate the event. A good crowd of about 20 people joined in the recognition. Many stayed and enjoyed food, drink and hospitality.
Kim Myers purchased the buildings at the beginning of the year. Licensing delays took time but the doors are open. Primary staffing comes from family and support comes from the community and surrounding area. The hours of opertion are Monday through Thursday 6:30am until 10:00pm and until 2:00am Friday and Saturday. Weekday lunches feature a special for quick service and great pricing. Kitchen hours may vary. Sunday buffet brunch is served 10:00am until 2:00pm. Mill Creek Liquor is open Monday through Saturday 8:00am until 10:00pm.
