Iowa FFA State Leadership Conference
The Farm Business Management team of Kate Dau, Noah Wittrock, and Drew Wittrock competed at the Iowa FFA State Leadership Conference.
Then individual and team exams and activities are designed to test participants’ knowledge, decision-making and problem solving skills of economic principles and concepts of ag business management.
Kate Dau stated, “I thought for a team of all freshmen we did pretty well. I hope that we can be successful in the future in this competition.”
The group of all freshmen competed in a series of tests, one individual test with 75 questions, and a group test with 7 questions.
Noah Wittrock gave a comment on the competition saying, “I had fun with it. There were some challenging questions, but once you got through those, it was fun and easy. Also, the team part of it was interesting, and my favorite part.”
The team earned a Silver rating.
