The South O’Brien track and field girls took part in the Russ Kraai Relays April 15 at Holstein. The Wolverines finished sixth with 36.33 points. Host Ridge View took the team title with a 149 total.
The top finishers for South O’Brien were a pair of relays. Taking third were the 4×200 with Kelsee Warnke, Chloe Hustedt, Amelie Wilson and Camryn Strubbe and the shuttle hurdle with Abby Nelson, Maeci Stevens, Hustedt and Tori Schueller.
Taylor Wulf finished fourth in the discus and Tori Schueller tied for fourth in the high jump. Also placing fourth was the 4×800 relay team of Reese Farquhar, Taylor Wulf, Raegan Plagge and Grace Keen.
