Public Hearing—FY26 Proposed Tax Levy
City Administrator, Jaynee Rushton, reported that a public hearing was scheduled to receive public comments on the FY26 Proposed Tax Levy. Mayor Pro Tem Smith opened the public hearing calling for all written and/or oral comments. City Administrator Jaynee Rushton reported that the rate is not changing from previous fiscal year. Having no written comments nor hearing any oral comments, Mayor Pro Tem Smith closed the hearing. It was moved by Councilmember Wittrock and supported by Councilmember Jenness to approve Resolution 2025-12 to approve FY26 Proposed Tax Levy. Upon roll call vote, the vote was as follows: Ayes: Wittrock, Jenness, Honkomp, Smith. Nays: none. Absent: Miller. The Session then closed.
