Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sutherland, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on February 3, 2025, during the City Council meeting which begins at 7:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers, R.L. Johannsen Center, 110 Ash Street, Sutherland, Iowa, at which meeting the Council proposes to take action on the adoption of an updated Zoning Ordinance.
