Caleb Baker requested partial reimbursement from the city for rock on his driveway while the road is under construction. He said he has to make a new driveway. He also requested to remove the curb on both sides of his driveway for continued use of his driveway. Council approved the requests.
Connie Huffman attended asking for relief from a high water bill in February. Her meter is working correctly so Council denied her request.
The lagoon has power. It is expected to be up and running in the spring. The contractor is checking into warranties about checking if the system is working properly at the colder temperatures. They would like to test before going live in the spring. Additional park equipment has been installed and tree removal continues.
Daryl Haack has requested culverts be removed from his property. City Clerk Jaynee Rushton will be checking with City Attorney Bruce Green for any legal concerns in the removal.
Council approved setting a public hearing to sell Lot 15 at Randolph Estates to Thor and Reagan Klinker. A date is not recorded in the minutes.
