A. Not to Exceed $8,935,000 General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2024

1. Opening and Considering Sealed Bids by the Superintendent of Schools, Secretary of the Board, and Municipal Advisor for the School District and Referring Same to the Board of Directors
   Superintendent Wade Riley, secretary of the board Aaron Giese, and municipal advisor Matt Gillaspie of Piper Sandler & Co. met and opened sealed bids in regard to the not to exceed $8,935,000 general obligation bonds, series 2024.  The bids were received through the PARITY online bidding platform and were reviewed in detail following the closing of the bidding process at 1:00 PM.  The bids will be referred for action at the meeting of the Board of Directors.
