The Vinestock Wine Festival was held on Main Street in Peterson on Saturday, October 5. The weather warm and windy, with a large crowd enjoying the annual event. The wine festival, sponsored by the Spencer Radio Group, opened at 10 a.m. with many vendors lining the streets, including three food trailers on 3rd Street. Eleven tasting centers were held on Main Street and over 20 shopping vendors set up along the street.
South 71, an acoustic trio with a self-described “groovy vibe” played at the intersection of Main Street and 3rd Street with a playlist that includes mostly 1960s and 70s music.
General Manager Dave Putnam along with many staff of SRG Media manned the registration booth, greeting the many visitors as they signed up and bought their 2024 commemorative wine glass.
