The Pear Tree House is Sutherland has had new life breathed into it. The 19th century 2-story 4 bedroom, 2 bath home was purchased in 2022 by Stan and Julie Cox. Nick Noyes of Marcus is the face of the project. He, along with his wife have poured hours into its restoration. Some of the projects were done with their elbow grease. Other projects got the attention of professionals.
The interior got a complete re-do. Plaster was replace with sheetrock and insulation, new windows, the breathtaking woodwork shines! The bathrooms and kitchen are completely new. And each bedroom has its own temperature control unit.
It took some time to decide what the structure was going to become, a family home, a rental home, flipped or short term rental. A decision was made and VRBO has the listing.
The ribbon cutting was held Friday at 5:00pm and the great news that it is already rented for a month was shared.
