Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7:00 o’clock p.m. on the 6th day of May, 2024, the Council of the City of Sutherland, Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Sutherland to enter into a Contract with Austin Brown and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Sutherland for the sum of One Dollar and no/100 ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, to wit
Lot One (1) of William’s Addition to the City of Sutherland, as shown by the recorded Plat thereof.
