Derek Paulsen was one of the players recognized as the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association (IPSWA) announced the 2024 boys basketball all-state teams.
Paulsen, a junior at South O’Brien, was a second team selection in Class 1A.
The teams were selected during an in-person meeting by approximately 40 Iowa print sports writers and basketball coaches on March 8.
