Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7:30 o’clock p.m. on the 1 st day of April, 2024, the Council of the City of Sutherland, Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Sutherland to enter into a Revised Contract with Douglas Sweeney and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Sutherland for the sum of Five Thousand Dollars and no/100 ($5,000.00) and other valuable consideration, to wit:
Lot Four (4), except the North Ninety (90) feet thereof, in Block Four (4) of Litzel’s Addition to the City of Sutherland, as shown by the recorded Plat thereof.
