The Kids Kampus Board of Directors are pleased to tell the public the fundraising kickoff took of in grand fashion. The gentle December weather works as an extra benefit allowing outside construction to continue.
In addition to the funds raised to date, supporters of Kids Kampus have provided items to the daycare center found on its Amazon wish list. New toys, organizers, books and specialty products have been purchased for and provided to Kids Kampus.
As of January 1, 2024, Kids Kampus has received cash and commitment of $50,000 toward it goal of $250,000, 20%!
Wall frames are going up around the foundation of the expansion. Once the walls are up and the space is enclosed, hopefully before typical winter weather arrives, workers can move inside the space and work on the inside before going back outside when good weather returns.
Quality daycare is a necessary service for every community. Regulations make daycare a tough business. Support beyond child tuition is necessary. This project strengthens Kids Kampus for Primghar and surrounding communities.
