I. Discussion of Finance and Facilities
The Board of Directors work session started at 6:09 PM.  Architects Matt Basye and Patrick Schnell from FEH Design led discussion with the board in regard to the upcoming addition/renovation at the Paullina and Primghar sites.  They detailed blueprints and renderings of the layout and design with the board and answered questions posed by board members.  Finally, Mr. Basye and Mr. Schnell provided an estimate of the total cost of the project with several additional items as prepared by professional estimators Stecker-Harmsen, Inc.  The meeting ended at 7:13 PM.
