Ben Woodall Ran To A 12th Place Finish At Cherokee’s Deb Hankens Meet.

South O’Brien got the cross country season underway August 24 at the Deb Hankens Cross Country Meet. The event was held August 24 at Cherokee Golf & Country Club.
The Wolverine boys finished with a score of 107. Ben Woodall earned a 10th-place finish. Trayton Cobb just missed a top-20 finish, placing 23rd. Ethan Schwarz finished 29th, Ian Oliver 31st, Brett Evans 32nd, Bensen Rohwer 35th and Caleb Buenger 38th.
There were only two girls competing for South O’Brien. Elodie Wilson was well inside the top 20 as she placed 14th. Kaylie McKinney finished 29th.
