A. Call to Order
President Gina Paulsen called the meeting to order at 12:09 PM.
B. Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum
Josh Rausch and Sue McCauley were absent, all other members attended the meeting via Zoom.

D. Presentation of Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget

1. Review of Budget Documents
   Motion to approve Fiscal Year 2024 budget documents.

2. Authorize Publication of Budget and Set Date of Hearing
   Motion to authorize the publication of the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget and to see the public hearing for Monday, April 24, 2023, at 6:30 PM in the Paullina site conference room preceding the regular board meeting.
