The Primghar Community Playhouse is excited to bring “According to Schedule” by Robert Scott to the Primghar stage as we begin our 44th season!!
Nina is keen to show off her fiancé to her sister Pippa and brother Roger. Sadly, Pippa finds him all too familiar, and his mobster parents aren’t much of a hit with the family either. Adding to the hilarity is Roger’s friend and neighbor, Carter, and Aunt Minnie, a kleptomaniac eccentric with disaster as a middle name.
We are so happy to have William McAlpine from Spencer directing the performance. We have an all star cast!! We welcome back some familiar faces to the PCP stage and are proud to add some new ones. This year’s cast includes Brian Kleve from Sanborn, Sean Lane and Aimee Jenness from Primghar, Jennifer Helmers from Sibley, Shannon Baack from Archer, Mark McAlpine and Sean Pulatle from Orange City, and Dana Howrey from Granville.
Opening night is Friday, April 14th. We will once again be having a dinner theater on Friday and Saturday night. On Friday and Saturday night you can purchase advance tickets for the dinner theater or just the performance. Kelly’s Catering will be serving a broasted pork chop, cheesy potatoes, vegetable medley, lettuce salad, rolls, and drink. We will have cake for dessert made by Angela Johannsen. We will be serving you again this year! So you can just sit back and enjoy! Dinner theater tickets are $25.00 for adults and $23.00 for students. Performance only tickets are $12.00 for adults and $10.00 for students. On Sunday there will be a performance at 2:00 p.m. Tickets will go on sale March 27th and can be purchased by calling Nadine at 712-230-1728 . Dinner theater tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, April 12th.
