Primghar Community Playhouse To Present “According to Schedule”
It’s that time of year again! The Primghar Community Building is filled with activity as cast and crew prepare for the upcoming spring production, rehearsing scenes and building sets in preparation for opening night. Every production requires an enormous amount of energy and many volunteer hours. Residents of Primghar and the surrounding area can be proud to have such a dynamic community theater. Since 1980, PCP has supported the fine arts in Primghar, producing high-quality entertainment for its patrons.
The Primghar Community Playhouse is excited to bring “According to Schedule“” by Robert Scott to the Primghar stage.
Nina is keen to show off her fiancé to her sister Pippa and brother Roger. Sadly, Pippa finds him all too familiar, and his mobster parents aren’t much of a hit with the family either. Adding to the hilarity is Roger’s friend and neighbor, Carter, and Aunt Minnie, a kleptomaniac eccentric with disaster as a middle name.
We are so happy to have William McAlphine from Spencer directing the performance. We have an all star cast!! We welcome back some familiar faces to the PCP stage and are proud to add some new ones. This year’s cast includes: Brian Kleve from Sanborn, Sean Lane and Aimee Jenness from Primghar, Jennifer Helmers from Sibley, Shannon Baack from Archer, Mark McAlphine and Sean Pulatie from Orange City, and Dana Howrey from Granville.
The play will be presented April 14, 15, and 16. This farce is absolutely hilarious!! You will not want to miss it!
