2022 O’Brien County Fair Royalty Selected

Fair King, Queen and Princess to be crowned July 25

PRIMGHAR, Iowa – Judging for the 2022 O’Brien County Fair Royalty was held Sunday, June 5 at Grace Lutheran Church in Primghar.
Candidates participated in individual and group interviews with judges Sara Carlson, Janell Heimgartner and Becky Lickiss.
Queen/Princess candidates include:

Samantha Wilbur of Primghar
Payton Farquhar of Sutherland
Makenzie Meyer of Paullina
Madisen Fischer of Sheldon
Grace Furhmann of Paullina
Morgan Grooters of Sanborn
King candidates are:
Jackson Albert of Hartley
Dain Moermond of Sutherland
Grant Wagner of Primghar
Coronation will be held Monday, July 25, at 8 p.m. at the Wayne Maass Memorial Stage on the fairgrounds in Primghar. The 2021 Queen Kaeley Einck, King Jason Wittrock, and Princess Sydney Zeutenhorst will be present to crown the new royalty.
The 2022 royalty and newly crowned 2023 royalty will be honored throughout the O’Brien County Fair July 23-28.
